The Donor Coordination Forum (DCF) is a platform for information exchange among major donor agencies active in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). Members of the DCF meet regularly to discuss ongoing and planned activities and to establish synergies in their approaches. Therefore, the DCF provides an opportunity for coordination among donor agencies, which is based on sharing knowledge, experiences and best practices.

As of January 2009, the DCF Secretariat is housed within the BiH Ministry of Finance and Treasury/Sector for Coordination of International Economic Aid. The SCIA is responsible for the Forum’s quarterly meetings, carry out the Donor Mapping Exercise and provide technical support to the Forum’s members. Through these functions, the BiH MoFT will be able to systematise information on official development assistance (ODA) flows to BiH and in using this information for resource planning and programming.
This website aims to complement the DCF's work by providing online information-sharing tools, such as:
a map of donors' work in different sectors;
profiles of individual donor agencies active in BiH;
and a projects database enumerating over 800 donor-financed activities.
